Subject: Sad News

Dear Fellow Amateur Radio Operator,

One of my sad duties is noting the passing of each of our fellow ham operators in the ENY Section. I do this by sending a personal note to each of the surviving families. Every loss is important and should be noted.

It is with a heavy heart that I wish to express to you that our Section has suffered a loss of one of our most notable members, Tony Pazzola W2BEJ. I do not think there is any one who has not met Tony as he has been such an active member of our community for as long as I can remember. He served the Amateur Community at ground zero after the 911 attack. He was a regular fixture at many Hamfests, club meetings. picnics and Hudson Division social activities. He was the recipient of the Grand O' Ham Award in the Hudson Division. Tony's constant puns and good natured humor will be missed.

Details for services will be announced as soon as I have them for those that wish to express their regrets.
