Arthur Greenberg, age 89, died September 14, 2013. He was born May 27, 1924 to Samuel and Sara Greenberg in Bronx, New York.

He entered World War II and served in the Signal Corps attached to the 3rd & 8th Air Force, as radar support.

He was a Ham Radio enthusiast for over 60 years, and also liked to play the Classical Guitar.

He worked as an electrical engineer for Westinghouse and GTE Sylvania for many years, before going into business for himself.

He lived with a wonderful zest for life, having a great sense of humor.

He is survived by his wife Patricia, son David (Carol) Greenberg, daughter Toni (Charles) Gambino, four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, loving sister-in-law Lois, and devoted nieces Allison and Noelle.

A Memorial Visitation will be 9-11:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Yurs Funeral Home, 405 E. Main Street (corner of Rt. 25 & Rt. 64), St. Charles, IL 60174.

A Celebration of Arthur's Life will be 11:00 A.M. following the Visitation.
