Shirley L. Tinstman, 91, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012. She was born Nov. 22, 1921, in Glen Elder, Kan. She has been a resident of Arizona for the past 77 years. She was a founding member of Epworth Methodist Church. She enjoyed doing genealogy in her spare time.
She was also a HAM radio operator-W7OQB. She was an avid reader as well.
She is survived by her three children and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Shirley will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7, at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Ave., Glendale, Ariz.
