Milton was born in Dayton, attended the University in Michigan and Dayton. In WW2 he was serving as a B-24 pilot and commander operating from Italy. With his two brothers he owned the Ever-Roll Specialties Company in Springfield. Milton served a president of the Dayton Kiwanis Club. He was an accomplished piano & organ player. Milton became a ham at age 17 and had during his lifetime the following calls: W8SLY, AE8K, & W8MK. In the picture(below) you see Milt receiving the 80-years Ham Award. Harriet and Milt leave behind one son and two daughters with their Families. Our sincere condolences go to all of them.

Many thanks for your kind words regarding my being licensed for 75 years.

Although I just received my 75 year certificate, it's actually 77years. But no matter how long, ... It's been a wonderful experience, and Ham radio has given me back much more than I have put in !!

Thanks for all of your work in making QCWA an important part of our hobby !
