"Going to be away from the overnight post a bit longer. My beloved father (Robert) and the patriarch of the Maller family passed away today (January 2, 2021).
Not from COVID. Ever since my mother died, we've become much closer, talked nightly before the radio show and he would update me on his life. Saw him just about every weekend for lunch or dinner."
