Obituary for Roger Fell
November 25, 1944 - May 19, 2021 Avon Lake, Ohio | Age 76
Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle, Friend Roger B. Fell, 76 of Avon Lake, OH peacefully passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2021. He was born November 25, 1944 to parents Howard B. and Irene (nee Clarkson) in New Zealand. Roger came to the United States in the 1960's. He received his bachelors from Harvard in Physics and his masters at the University of New Hampshire in Electrical Engineering. It was during his time at New Hampshire when he met the love of his life, Anita. They moved to Cleveland in 1976 where he worked various places including Tegam, where he was employed for 15 years. He retired in 2014. Roger spent many years as a member of the Cleveland Soaring Society and the Fun Country Soaring Club.
He was a life-long Ham Radio Operator and was a member of the Buckeye Antique Radio Club and the Northern Ohio Amateur Radio Society (N.O.A.R.S.).
He is survived by his beloved wife Anita (nee Chasse); loving children Andrew (Sunju) and Maurika Fell; cherished grandson Gus Miller; dear siblings Julian (Jan) Fell and Veronica (Doyle, deceased) Wilcox; niece Karen Fell.
