Joesph D. 'Dale' Craddock Evans, GA QCWA # 31770 born 1933

Joseph D. Craddock, 75, of Evans, Georgia, formerly of Cranston, Rhode Island, died Saturday, March 22, 2008 at University Hospital, Augusta, GA.

He was the husband of the late Rose (Norigian) Craddock. Born in Stoutland, MO; he was a son of the late Alfred C. and Alta E. (Toombs) Craddock. Mr. Craddock was an Electrical Engineer for Raytheon Corporation, Portsmouth, for thirty-two years, retiring in 1992 .

He was a Korean War veteran serving in the US Navy. He is survived by his children; Joseph Craddock of Bethany,CT, Jill Campbell of San Antonio, TX and Diane Pennoyer of Evans, GA. Mr. Craddock was the loving grandfather of James and Olivia Pennoyer and Julia and Caroline Campbell. He was the brother of Floyd Craddock of Stillwater, OK, Dean Craddock of Arkansas City, Kansas, Thomas Craddock of Colorado Springs, CO, Zelma Bechtel of Stoutland, MO and the late Alfred Craddock.

Funeral services by the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island were March 28 at 9:00 a.m. followed by services at 10:00 a.m. in Cornerstone Church, 1990 Elmwood Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island.

Burial was in the North Burial Ground, Providence, Rhode Island. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, New England Affiliate, 20 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701- 4688.
