Some of the highlights in my career include being able to operate from interesting locations.

As a teenager I operated WA8PXL/DL in Kempen and Wuppertal, Germany. Many years later I operated DL/WA8PXL in Stuttgart. I guest operated at DL0SU, DK5JA and DG8SFZ. It was an honor to visit the ham shack of Barry Goldwater, K7UGA.

  I have been an invited guest operator at the Miss America Pageant special event station K2BR.
