Age 72, of Mount Lebanon, on Tuesday, October 17, 2017. Beloved husband for 34 years of Constance A. (Riddell) Jacobs; brother of Robin (Tom) Slack, of Lexington, NC and the late Thomas J. Jacobs; uncle of nine; great-uncle of ten; cousin of Tracey Hall, of Akron, Ohio; also survived by six other cousins from Virginia. Bill was a Ham Radio Operator for over 50 years. Friends will be welcomed at LAUGHLIN CREMATION & FUNERAL TRIBUTES, 222 Washington Road, Mount Lebanon, Friday from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. and to a Service Saturday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment Mount Lebanon Cemetery. If desired, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
