Thomas Hussey Cash, Jr. 91, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away on Friday, August 7 , 2015
Thomas was born in 1924 In Luzerne, Kentucky to the late Vera and Thomas Cash. Raised in Kentucky. he received his master's degree from the University of Kentucky. Thomas served in the United States Army during WWII, where he met his wife Felicite Maria in Austria and brought her to America, they were married for 35 years. Thomas worked for TVA in the office of Power where he retired from the position of Assistant Director of Labor Relations in 1984. He was an active member of Chattanooga Amateur Radio Club.
Thomas is survived by his 97 year old sister Alice Eloise Galusha of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; two daughters Vera Susan ( Richard)Chamlee and Julee Cash ( Kenny) Waldon; grandchildren Michael Hickman, Amy Frizzell, Cris Hammond, Patrick Babb, Thomas ( Buddy) Hammond; great grandchildren Samuel Hickman, Mac Hickman and Eric Frizzell; nieces Janice Cash Guill and Patti Hyde.
We were so blessed to have such a smart honorable loving father for so long, Rest in Peace, Daddy.
The family will receive friends on Monday, August 10 from 5-7 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel
Funeral service will be conducted privately with Dr. Paul Rader officiating
Arrangements are by the Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory and Florist North Chapel, 5401 Highway 153 Hixson, Tennessee 37343.
