Bobby was born on August 23, 1938 and passed away peacefully on Monday, August 26, 2019.
Bob spent his early years in Louisiana before becoming an engineer and joining the Army rising to 1st Lieutenant in 1963 where he was a communications engineer.
Post-Army, he worked for Collins in Richardson, TX where he found himself installing a pink phone for Lady Bird Johnson on Air Force One and helping build out the comms equipment on the Saturn V, among many other things. He then ran his own successful Company, Bellar Communications, up until he passed.
His HAM Radio buddies knew him as K5AHT.
He is survived by his wife, Susan, siblings, Sis and Will, his children, Jay, Debbie, Chris, Wynn and Cleve, and their families.
A viewing for friends and family will be held this Sunday, September 1, 2019 at 2:00 PM at
