Wallace Gerald Case, a retired electrical engineer, died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010, in Fort Worth. He was 84. Service: 10 a.m. Saturday in Laurel Land Memorial Chapel. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Laurel Land Funeral Home of Fort Worth.Memorials: American Heart Association . Wallace was born in Wichita, Kan., and had lived in Fort Worth and Irving since 1949. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a 1949 graduate of Kansas State University. He was employed by Texas Electric Service Co. (later TU Electric) from 1949 until he retired in 1985. Wallace was a member of Western Hills Church of Christ. Survivors: Wife, Eva June Case; daughter, Pam Hook and husband, Tom; grandson, Kurt Hook and wife, Jeri; sister, Marilyn Alexander and husband, Marvin; and two great-grandchildren.
