Richard Frank Slepicka, 81, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on December 13, 2007.

Richard is preceded in death by his loving wife of 52 years, Dorothy J. Slepicka and Son: Gary Lee Slepicka. He is survived by Daughters: Constance Lee Bryan (John) and Deborah Slepicka, 8 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren. Brother: Edward Slepicka (Sharon) and Sister: Arlene Dzamba (Dick).
Richard was a avid Ham Radio Operator, Golfer and a proud member of the Phoenix West Elks Club.
