Of Georgetown, Texas passed away on June 4, 2009. Ervin was born May 11, 1926 near Hickman, Neb. Erv served in the US Navy during WWII. He married Mary June French on Aug 7, 1948. During his 38 years as a minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA), Erv served at nine different churches in eastern Washington, Montana, Colorado, and at First Presbyterian Church in Moscow, Idaho. He also served the Presbytery of the Inland Northwest based in Spokane. Erv and June moved to Georgetown in 2002.
Erv's wife and family will be in Moscow to visit with friends at a memorial reception scheduled for noon on Saturday, Aug 22, in the Fellowship Hall of First Presbyterian Church, 405 S Van Buren in Moscow.
