Isaac Ramsey "Ike" Price, 82 of Hutchinson Drive, St. Clairsville died Saturday, February 26, 2005 at Wheeling Hospital.He was born September 8, 1922 in Bellaire a son of the late Isaac A. Price and Pauline Moore Price. He was a retired Air Traffic Controller from the Ohio County Airport in Wheeling, a member of First Presbyterian Church in St. Clairsville, a Navy veteran of World War II, a Coast Guard veteran, Amateur radio operator K8IP and member of American Radio Relay League, Belmont County Amateur Radio Emergency Service, Eastern Ohio Wireless Association, Low-Band Monitor Group, American Legion Post No. 159 and Belmont Lodge No. 16 F.& A.M. both in St. Clairsville. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Somerville Price and a sister, Sarah Schisler. Surviving are a daughter, Jane Wiggins (Doug) of Kettering, Ohio; two sons, William A. Price (Paula) of Kettering, Oho and James B. Price of St. Clairsville; a sister, Priscilla Lane of San Antonio, Texas; four grandchildren, Shannon and Lindsay Wiggins, Brian and Shelly Shade.Friends will be received on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville and on Thursday from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. in the First Presbyterian Church, St. Clairsville with Rev. Home Harden officiating.Burial follows in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.There will be an American Legion service on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
