Linthecome Indianapolis, IN QCWA # 14609 Chapter 83 First Call: K9EAT in 1956 Louie Wade Linthecome was born July 14, 1927 to parents Louis and Zella Smith Linthecome in Indianapolis, Indiana. Louie received his education in the Indianapolis Public School System and went on to continued on to graduate with an Associate Degree from the Purdue Extension Program as well as graduating from the Indianapolis Electronic School. Louie was a World War II Veteran of the United States Army receiving Honorable Discharge in 1948. He was a member of the Tuskegee Airmen Association and the American Legion.
