Service will be held for Howard on Wednesday, 11 am at STYGAR FLORISSANT CHAPEL AND CREMATION CENTER, 13980 New Halls Ferry Rd.
Interment will take place at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
VISITATION TUESDAY 4-8 PM.
