Edward C. Edmunds of Inverness, FL joined his savior, Jesus Christ. He was an Eagle Scout and a World War II veteran who served in the US Navy from 1943-1946 and was stationed in Jacksonville, FL. He graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Electrical Engineering and spent 31 years working on the Saturn and Shuttle programs at Kennedy Space Center for Chrysler Aerospace and later, directly for NASA. He was a lifetime ham radio operator. Surviving is his wife of 53 years, Patricia; sons, Charlie (Christine), Robert (Michelle), and Thomas; sister, Maye Hange and grandchildren, Randy, Michael, Sarah, Hannah, and Matthew.
