Greetings from Jim in southeast Pennsylvania!

Licensed since age 14 (as KN1IQZ in 1958, then K1IQZ, and W3JRP), in 2000 I returned to this wonderful hobby after 40 years of relative inactivity. I'm enjoying many new-found aspects of ham radio: SSB (I couldn't afford those fancy SSB rigs in the early days!), many digital modes, and of course, VHF/UHF repeaters. I also have a 10-watt PSK31 beacon (PropNet http://propnet.org/ ) beacon on the air using the IC-7200 at 28.1188 +1500.

Active Volunteer Examiner: I've become a VE to try to give back some of the kindness shown to me by my early elmers.
