KV5Q Levy K. 'Kirk' Kridner Irving, TX QCWA # 35735

I was originally licensed in 1968 as WN5UHG when I passed the Novice exam while I was a sophomore in high school. I became WA5UHG a few months later when I passed the General exam and got the Advanced class license in 1970. My call was changed to KV5Q when I upgraded to Extra in 1982. I enjoy contesting, chasing DX, Field Day, JOTA activities, & working as a Volunteer Examiner with the ARRL. I am also active with the Boy Scouts and I have been part of the K2BSA Staff at the 2001 and 2010 National BSA Jamborees (the picture was taken at the K2BSA station at the 2010 National BSA Jamboree).

I am a Platinum Level member of the ARRL Diamond Club and a member of the Texas DX Society (TDXS) & the Dallas-Fort Worth Contest Group (DFWCG). I am also a Volunteer Examiner for the ARRL. Professionally I am an Assistant Vice President - Senior Legal Counsel for AT&T and am a board certified specialist in Administrative Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

In addition to amateur radio, I also enjoy playing golf and skeet shooting. I hope to hear you on the air.
