Chapter 8

Originally licensed in October of 1979, but I've never held any other call. There's something to be said for continuity, and it works pretty well on CW! I very much enjoy working HF, particularly "Top Band", but since I lost the use of one of the trees my folded dipole was suspended from, I've been off the air. Until I get an antenna back into the air, I can only enjoy the chats with friends on VHF / UHF from my work van. Unless I'm out of town, I can usualy be found on the QCWA Roundtable on 145.31 during the afternoon drive time.

I look forward to making contact with you, when the opportunity arises.

73,
Doug, NØBID
