Robert W Goodnow, MD Col. Robert "Bob" W. Goodnow, MD passed away on July 24, 2017 in Tacoma, WA at the age of 91.
He was born in Kansas City, MO. He spent his youth in the Midwest and most of his adulthood on the west coast.
He had a long career in the military and retired as a Colonel in the Army. In addition to his military service, he had a private medical practice in Williams, CA in the late 1950s.
He was a charter and life member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and an Emeritus Fellow of the American College of Pathologists.
He was married to Jacqueline Celotto who preceded him in death. He later married June Zaichkin who also preceded him in death. Bob is survived by four adult children, six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Bob loved photography, HAM radio, telling stories and researching genealogy.
