Godfrey Miller Chantilly, Virginia July 24, 1938 - March 31, 2020 On Tuesday, March 31, 2020, morning at 6:30 am Godfrey Miller, father, husband, friend and Navy Veteran, passed away peacefully at Lake Manassas Health and Rehab long term facility in Gainesville Virginia, where he was taken care of with Love and Respect for a year.Godfrey Miller grew up in Winchester VA and joined the Navy in 1956. He loved working as a Mass Communication Specialist, Radio Man and traveling the world. His love of HAM radio stayed with him his entire life.Godfrey was loved by many and enjoyed life to the fullest by riding bikes, enjoying flying kites, bluegrass music, Alaskan crab legs, and the beach.Godfrey is survived by his wife Elizabeth, daughters Cindy, and Rina, his Grandchildren Jake, Sam, Michael and Grace, and Great Grandchild Ryan Elizabeth.He will be greatly missed and our hearts will be empty without his lovely smile and warm heart
