82, passed away on January 11, 2022. Dr. Ofstein was the son of Louis and Lucille Ofstein and was born in St. Louis, Missouri.
Dr. Ofstein was a licensed Mental Health Counselor, recently with Marion County Juvenile Detention Courts.
Dr. Ofstein served honorably in the US Army and Navy, He is preceded in death by his son DJ Ofstein and a great grandson Caleb Patten.
Dr. Ofstein is survived by his wife Bracha Ofstein of Indianapolis, IN, daughter Bobbi Ofstein of Cahokia, Illinois, six grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
A Graveside service will take place om Monday, January 17, 2022 at 1 p.m., at Crown Hill Cemetery, 700 W. 38th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46208.
