1962 - University of Toronto . Graduated with BASc degree in Electronic Engineering.
1962-1964 - Canadian Westinghouse - electronic engineer. Worked on CF-104 Radar.
1966 - Queen.s University - Graduated with MSc degree in Electronic Engineering.
1966-1987 - Communications Research Centre . electronic engineer, worked on satellites.
1988-2002 - Self-employed consultant offering consultation on RADARSAT-1, and SCISAT-A satellite applications
2002 - Retired

Amateur Radio History
1964 . First licensed as VE3FUA in Hamilton
Prefer experimenting to operating mostly home-brew station. Do operate some HF (CW) and 2M FM.
Member of RAC and ARRL. Provided professional comment for RAC on the Industry Canada BPL proposal.
Member of OARC. Served as Secretary (1970-1971)
Member of QCWA and Chapter 70. Served as Director of Chapter 70 (2009) and Treasurer (2010). At the Chapter 70 February 2004 dinner meeting gave a presentation .Introduction to High Performance Receivers. and at the Oct 15-17 2004 QCWA Convention gave a presentation on .Rechargeable Battery Types.. Received .45 Year Licensed. QCWA lapel pin at the Chapter 70 May 2010 dinner meeting.
