It is with deep regret we announce the passing of QCWA Wild Rose Chapter 151 Charter Member, John Erickson, VE6NB.

John U. Erickson, VE6NB, passed away last Thursday, July 5, 2007. The funeral will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 20 Rocky Mountain Blvd in Lethbridge, on Monday July 9, 2007 at 10:30 AM.

In early April - 2007, Chapter 151 presented John with the QCWA ''75 Year In Amateur Radio' Plague. John was a Life Member of QCWA and was a dedicated amateur radio operator from the very beginning of his radio days. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him both personally and on the air waves.
