Richard Howland Williams
Our beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away peacefully on February 19, 2019, in his 101st year.
Dick was a gentleman of integrity, kindness, humility, and endearing practicality. Throughout his long and richly lived life, Dick enjoyed music, computers, fishing, poetry, ham radio, and Power Squadron.
Predeceased in 2011 by his wife Betty, Dick is survived by daughters Elizabeth and Stephanie, grandchildren Carolyn (Ryan) and Scott (Lindsay) and the lights of his life, great-grandchildren Thomas and Sienna, and Amelia, his special canine friend and chair-mate.
We are immensely grateful for the support of Dick's friends, his Cherry Park family, and the wonderful doctors and nurses at Penticton Hospital and Westview Place. Special thanks to Ellen and Denis, Liz and James, and to Drs. Frasinski and Ingram.
