KROGSTAD, Milton O. - July 21, 1924 - November 5, 2010
Preceded in death by wife Dorothy Krogstad and parents Agnes & Arnold Krogstad. Survived by daughter, Cindy Krogstad of Plattsmouth, NE; sister Evelyn Luikens of Yuma, CO and nieces and nephews. Raised in Sisseton, SD, Milton served in the Merchant Marines from 1944-1945 as a telegraph operator on board ships carrying ordnance. He met Dorothy in Rhode Island where they married and were together for 55 years. In 1950, Milton and Dorothy moved to Iowa for his job with a radio station and in 1952 Milton went to work for KMTV. He was there for 37 years and was known at his retirement as amateur radio operator WØFKG. He was a past master of Centennial Lodge in Omaha.
Memorial Service and Inurnment Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010, 11:00 AM at All Saints Episcopal Church (9302 Blondo St. Omaha 68134).
