Herrick, Shailer A. 87, passed peacefully at Hospice April 12.
He was married to his beloved wife, Elli for 62 years and had 3 children of whom he was very proud; sons John and Mark, NH, and daughter Diane a local realtor.
He was an Army veteran and Ham Radio operator. He enjoyed playing cards, dancing, caroling with the Beacon Woods Carolers and sang in the church choir for most of his life. Service will be at Faith United Methodist Church, on State Road 52, April 21 at 11 a.m. Interment at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell with honors on Fri. 4-23 at 2:30.
