Carmen F. Moretti, of Peekskill, passed away on November 29, 2006 at the age of 99. He was born in Italy to Nicola and Francesca Dilio Moretti on April 24, 1907. On November 26, 1936, he married Thressa Beigert.

An avid gardener and ham radio operator, he spent his retirement years with family and friends.

Following a long career with IBM, GM and Raytheon, he and his wife traveled extensively and spent time at their home together.

He is survived by his daughter Nancy Odell of Yorktown Heights, a brother Ernest of Geneva, NY; two grandchildren, Derek and Ryan Odell and two great-grandchildren. Also survived by two nieces and a nephew.

Mr. Moretti was predeceased by his wife Thressa Moretti, a sister Elizabeth Palmer and son-in-law David Odell.

Calling hours are Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at the Joseph F. Nardone Funeral Home.
The Funeral Service is Monday, 10 am, at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
