He will repose for viewing, ONE DAY ONLY, this Wednesday November 23rd at the Walker Funeral Home, 2039 Merrick Ave, Merrick NY, 516-378-0303. The hours are from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery, 8315 Kew Gardens Rd. in Kew Gardens, this Friday November 25th at 11:15 AM. A procession will leave the funeral home sometime between 9:30 and 10:00 AM Friday morning.
Herman was a member of several ham radio clubs here on Long Island and had many friends. Since my email list is limited to a few dozen recipients, I would appreciate it if those of you who knew him would forward this message to others who knew him, such as the QWCA membership and/or other hams.
Herman was 93 years young!
