About Ken:
Greetings, fellow ham enthusiasts! I'm Ken Nowinski, callsign W3CRH, and I'm thrilled to be a part of the QCWA community. My journey into the world of amateur radio began on the shores of Long Island, where I was actively involved with the Great South Bay Amateur Radio Club. Those years instilled in me a profound respect for the art of communication, and I had the privilege of participating in several public service events, forging lasting connections in the process.
Having relocated to the picturesque town of Waynesboro in South Central Pennsylvania, I'm now a proud member of the Antietam Radio Association. I've also joined forces with the esteemed members of Chapter 222 of QCWA, further deepening my ties with the ham radio community.
For me, ham radio isn't just a hobby --- it's a passion. I revel in exploring the myriad facets of this incredible world, from the far-reaching frequencies of HF to the immediacy of VHF/UHF. I've also developed a keen interest in Fusion, and I'm always eager to learn and experiment with new technologies.
To everyone who shares this journey with me, I extend a heartfelt 73. Here's to many more years of communication, camaraderie, and discovery!
73's,
Ken Nowinski
