Henry Randolph Propst
Graveside service for Henry Randolph Propst, 72, formerly of Decatur, will be Thursday, Sept. 30, 2004, at 10 a.m. at Roselawn Cemetery with the Rev. Jimmy Meek officiating and Roselawn Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Propst died Monday, Sept. 27, 2004, at Decatur General Hospital. He was born Feb. 19, 1932, in Independence, Mo., to John Meade Propst and Frances Jeanette Gallager Propst. He was retired from Marshall Space Flight Center. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of Central Baptist Church. Mr. Propst was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Kirk Propst.

Survivors include one son, John Kirk Propst and his wife Ali of Decatur; one daughter, Leigh Anne Propst Smith and her husband Rick of Decatur; and two grandchildren, Wilson McDaniel Smith and Mary Peyton Propst, both of Decatur.
