He had three brothers: Robert Beeler Elliott, Sr., Paul Robertson Elliott, Sr., and William Joseph Elliott. He was formerly married to Mary Elizabeth Best. They had two children: Arthur (Artie) Hill Elliott, Jr. and Martha Jean Elliott.
Arthur Hill Elliott Sr, married Agnes Lucille Wilkins Jones on 21 Sept 1973 in Robertson Co., Tenn. Art has two step children, Linda (Jones) Foster and Ron Jones who's families still reside in Russellville.
