PENHALLEGON, William Kenneth "Bill"
84, of Clearwater, passed away Feb. 27, 2016. He was born in Birmingham AL and moved to Clearwater in 1960 from Baltimore, MD. He was a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and was a member of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. He became a registered Professional Engineer and eventually retired from Florida Power Corp. He was an amateur radio operator (W4STX) and a lifetime member of the ARRL and the QCWA. Survived by his wife of 61 years, Marianne E.; four sons, William Kenneth III, John Edmond, James Clayton, and David Andrew; brother, Lee Clayton Penhallegon; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandaughter.
