Charles Matthew Singleton, 84, passed away on April 30, 2009. He was born to Lorentz and Hattie Singleton in Edmond, Oklahoma.Charles served in the Navy during WWII. He was an active member of St. Paul Church and Nights of Columbus. Charles enjoyed; fishing, horse racing, golf, playing at the casino, dancing, and lifelong hobby Ham radio operator-W5IST.
Charles is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Joyce; daughter, Joan; and son, Andy.He is survived by his daughters; Linda (Steve) Riddle, Jacque (Dan) Richwine, Cathy (Mike) Jones and Mary Singleton-Loyd, sons; Chuck Singleton, Jr., David Singleton, and Tony Singleton, Sr.; sixteen grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
Services will be held 10:00 am Monday at St. Paul Apostle Catholic Church under the direction of Ford Funeral Service. Burial will follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery.
