Black, Elmo, 87, died Thursday August 12th 2010 at the Integris Hospice House. Services 4pm Sunday at the Heritage Baptist Church (Vondel L. Smith & Son North, Oklahoma City).

Elmo was an Amateur Extra Class Ham Radio operator and a member and past Director of QCWA Chapter 63 and he owned Black Radio Company in Oklahoma City.
