Hand, Jr., age 81 of Shreveport, La. on Friday, February 3, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. Jim Van Hook. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until service time.Mr. Hand passed away on Wednesday February 1, 2006 after a sudden illness. He was an avid Ham Radio Operator with the call letters W5JTB. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Hand, Lessie Crawford, and one daughter, Donna Reed. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Lee Hand; two sons, Dr. Larry D. Hand and wife Stacey of Shreveport, La., and John B.
