Cincinnati - Dr. Roger M. Higley, 82, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Patsy R. Higley (nee Oakes). Loving father of Carolyn (Stephen) Watt, Laura (Tayfun) Tuzun and Missy (Luigi) Minghetti. Devoted "Pop" of Allison, Austin and Elizabeth Watt, Serra and Ela Tuzun, Giovanni and Giulia Minghetti. Longtime member of the Cincinnati Dental Society, Westwood United Methodist Church, Western Hills Country Club, Cheviot-Westwood Kiwanis Club and the Greater Cincinnati Amateur Radio Association. Public memorial visitation will be held at Spring Grove Funeral Homes (4389 Spring Grove Ave Cincinnati, OH 45223) on Sunday March 28th from 2pm - 5pm. Private funeral service will be held at a later date. Burial at Spring Grove Cemetery.
