Kenneth E. Mills Ken, age 95 of Dayton, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022. He was born April 2, 1927 in Maggie, Virginia to the late Walter Mills and Mamie Lafon. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rose; son, Richard Joseph; and sister, Gladys Holt.
Ken is survived by his three children, Judith (Larry) Dorn, Martha (Gary) McFadden, and Sandra (Len) Ketelsen; eight grandchildren, Jennifer, Erin, Stephen, Gregory, Kristen, Kathryn, Sara, and Amy; five great-grandchildren, Megan, Ben, Rowan, Lyric, and Leland; niece, Barbara and nephew, Robert.
Ken was devoted to his faith and a member of the St. Rita Parish family. He proudly served in the United States Army Air Force. After his service, Ken worked for the Wright Patterson Air Force Base Logistics Supply Command until his retirement. He was active in the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, the Dayton Amateur Radio Association, and was a member of the Sons of the American Revolution.

The family hopes those who would like to honor him will find a quiet time to remember who he was in your life and be thankful for the time you had together. In lieu of a public funeral service, individual families are encouraged to have their own private memorial. He will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery.
