The RME-69 and the Meissner Signal Shifter are the same units I bought for W8KHK in 1937 and 1938. The Hallicrafters SX-28 at the left of the RME-69 is now in use by my second son, Rick, W8KHK (my original call) Rick was formerly WB2HKX and WB4GNR.
