Robert "Bob" W. Shaw, 90, was the son of Presly and Ada Kimberlin Shaw. He married Loella Hill on August 23, 1949, in Mattoon, Illinois. She survives.

He is also survived by one daughter, Penny Shaw (Roy Johnson) one son, Timothy Shaw (Craig Rasmussen), two grandchildren and one nephew,

Robert served in the Army's 110th Regiment, Company M, in the 28th Infantry Division. He served in Normandy, Northern France, the Rhineland, Central Europe, and the Battle of the Bulge in the Ardennes. In Pennsylvania, he was General Omar Bradley's driver.

He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers and an infant daughter.
