Ill., before moving to Florida in 1983. He retired in 1983 from Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 137, Springfield. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors: His wife, Harriet; a son, David W. of Ogdensburg; a daughter, Shirley E. Wilson of La Belle; a sister, Jessie Yarnell of Cowden. Ill.; two grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
Services: 10 a.m. Monday in Our Lady Queen of Heaven Church, La Belle. No calling hours. Akin-Davis Funeral Home. La Belle, has arrangements.
