James Robert Harmon, age 88, of Maryville, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Oct. 4, 2015, at his home. He retired from ALCOA and was a Ham radio operator (WA4HQP). He was a World War II veteran stationed in Greenland. He was a beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Nora Harmon; siblings, Christine Graves, Irene Shipley, Bernice Ryan, Bernie Harmon, Vaughn Harmon, and Frank Harmon; and wife, Frances Wo o d y Harmon. He is survived by his sons, Mel (Melba) Harmon, and Mike (Debby) Harmon; stepson, Ronnie (Dot) Keeble; grandchildren, Alicia Clark, Natalie McAmis, Heather Anderson, Lisa Haven, and Mike Keeble; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
