Raines 'Rainy' Robert Fritts was born on December 5, 1952 in Tennessee.
The son of Robert E Fritts and Mary Ann Raines Fritts. His siblings are Joanne Fritts Ricks, James E. Fritts, and Thomas J. Fritts. He is also survived by his ex-wife two sons and two daughters.
Raines was a collector of many things. He at one time owned a lovely blue 1968 Camaro; he was very proud of this car.
He was a good friend and loved his family especially his children. I have heard him talk about them many times.
He was a member of the Pleasant Run Baptist Church on Forkland Road in Boyle County, Kentucky.
He was a very intelligent man having worked at IBM for many years an electrical engineer.
He was proud to have worked on one of the last nuclear power plants located in Tennessee.
He died on May 5, 2019 in Lexington, Kentucky.
There was a memorial service for him at the Hendersonville Memory Gardens in Hendersonville, Tennessee at 11 am on Monday May 20th.
