Gobles Went home to be with Jesus Monday, January 24, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family. Roger was born August 2, 1927 in Bloomingdale Township, the son of E. Otis and Margaret (Banks) Norman and lived in the Gobles area all of his life. Roger worked for Eaton Fuller Transmissions for 30 years and owned and operated the Roger Norman TV Repair Shop. He enjoyed operating and servicing HAM Radios, and his call letters were WA8QAA. He was a kind, caring, generous person that loved his family. He loved playing cards, going to casinos and visiting thrift shops. He never passed up a free meal. Surviving are his 2 daughters, Vicky Souza of Gobles, Percy (Hubert) Brouwer of Gobles; 5 grandchildren, Shelly Watson, Gary Healy II, Matthew Healy, Greg (Stacy) Brouwer, Lisa (Anthony) Hudson; 12 great grandchildren; sister, Helen (Don) Remington of FL; special friends, Bruce (Bev) Storey, Joyce Jorgensen; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine, in 1997; daughter, Jennifer Healy, in 2017; 2 sisters, Eleanor Richards, Mary Norman.
