Ernest H. Mueller, 76, of Fuquay-Varina, NC and formerly of Yonkers, NY died on June 16, 2003 at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City. He was born on March 7, 1927 to Ernest and Martha (nee Birkhoven) Mueller in the Bronx, NY. Ernest served in the US Navy during World War II. He worked for New York Telephone Co. in New Rochelle, NY as a telephone installer and repairman retiring in 1989.
He is survived by his wife Eileen (nee Reid) Mueller of Fuquay-Varina, NC, one son Ernest Mueller of Essex Junction, VT, three daughters Eileen Dustin of Fuquay-Varina, Jeanne Milliot of Thornwood, NY and Carolyn Figueroa of Naples, FL. Also survived by one brother Paul Mueller of Yorktown Heights, NY and 11 grandchildren.
Reposing Hawthorne Funeral Home on Tuesday (Today) 10-11 am where Funeral Services will be held at 11 am. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Bernadette Church Building Fund, Wilbon Road, Fuquay-Varina, NC would be appreciated.
